Dani Alves is now one of the hottest free agent in this transfer window, as the Brazil star recently became the first footballer to ever win 40 trophies.

That is what many are calling him, after the former Barcelona man won the Copa America last night (his fourth trophy with Brazil), while also being named as the Player of the Tournament.

The 36-year-old captained his side, as they saw off Peru 3-1 in the final at the Maracana on Sunday, to seal their first Copa triumph since 2007.

How Dani Alves came about his 40 trophies

Dani Alves has always been a winner all his career, he won five trophies with Sevilla before making the move to Barcelona in 2008.

The move to Camp Nou saw him become more of a serial winner, as he got an incredible 23 trophies with the Catalan giants. In just 8 years.

He moved from Barca to Juventus in 2016 and scooped up the Italian double in one season in Turin, before switching to Paris Saint-Germain two seasons ago.

He collected six trophies in France, including the double in both seasons.

Alves has also been linked with a dream return to Barcelona, where he won three Champions League titles, after he said he would not return to PSG next season.
