Nigerian Man invents beans peeling machine
A beans peeling machine, LACHI Beans Peeler, has been invented by a Nigerian, Mr. Lanre Aluko.
The new invention received accolades at the ongoing Lagos International Trade Fair, as visitors to the fair besieged the stand to catch a glimpse of the invention.
The 1000W Motor Base of die cast, a product of LACHI Nigeria Limited, can peel any varieties of beans in two minutes thereby eliminating stress and reduce the time involved in peeling the beans.
Demonstrating how the device works, the Managing Director of LACHI Nigeria Ltd, Mrs. Chinyere Aluko, said: “This product will be useful in every home, restaurants and hotels in the world where recipes made from peeled beans are consumed, e.g. moi moi, akara and gbegiri, made from black eye beans and brown beans, a popular delicacy in Nigeria, Ghana, Mali and other African Africa countries; lentil soup from lentils popular in Asian countries and many other delicacies made from beans worldwide.”
