      Etisalat to 9mobile is like Frying pan to ? Fire. You recharge and they will still your 100% percent of any amount you recharge and they give you stupid bonuses that is as useless as the so called 9mobile that can’t be use subscription. The most annoying thing I’d that you can’t even reach out to their customer care agent. Anyone wanting to switch to 9mobile should have a rethink as it now fraud network.

        Pls @coco how did u get across to them? Coz 200 keep connecting me to voice mges. The network is wonderful but the data sweeping is so outrageous! Coupled with the fact that each time I recharge, they take their share without letting me know why or what for. It’s not like am owing them as am a new subscriber and not yet qualified to loan airtime or data. I really need to talk to them. Thanks! Help!

      Hello 9Mobile. I just found out I can’t make calls on my line (08023125540)neither can I receive calls. I tried your Customer Care line 08090000200 using another line but it was not picked. I ported to the line from Airtel but you want me to regret that action.

      9Mobile you are welcome to the Etisalat business platform. What is your customer care number please?
      I subscribed to the Flexi Bundle, which is suppose to be for 7 days according to the company law. Now I was alerted that my subscription was to expire on the 4th which was yesterday morning, but I recharged my account on the 3rd, and the old balance was added to the new.
      To my surprise, I was alerted on the same 4th that my flexi bundle has expired and the old balance deducted and taken by 9mobile. Why???
