Female Corper Pays School Fees For 30 Students in Kogi State (Photos)
A corps member, Miss Oyebimpe Olofin, has paid the school fees of 30 students
A corps member of the 2016 NYSC Batch B, currently serving in Kogi State, Miss Oyebimpe Olofin, has inspired many by paying the school fees of 30 students and distributing over 180 books, including writing materials to some schools in Lokoja.
According to reports just reaching Fabinfos.com, the humanitarian move was part of the activities lined up to mark this year’s Children Day celebration by Olofin under Omoloye Foundation. While presenting the cash gifts, school uniforms, and writing materials to the underprivileged students in the state, Miss Olofin noted that every child is a star with adequate investment. See what she has to say below;
“It is important that as a good citizen of Nigeria, we should help make the child and their parent’s dream come true by ensuring that they are in school and not on the street.”
“While interacting with these children recently, I realized that some of them want to go to school. Every child is a star in their own way; it all depends on what you invest in them. If you give them something good, they will give something good in return.”
What an act of kindness.
